For our semi-custom homes, we can typically build the home in 4 to 6 months depending on the size of the home and the weather. For our custom homes, they take anywhere from 10 to 12 or more depending on the size and complexity of the home as well as the weather. It takes a lot longer to build a custom home because of the uniqueness of the home and the amount of collaboration between our team and our homeowners so that we are sure that we are building the home to our homeowners exact standards.
